Project Rehabilitation

My first project is about rehabilitation and maintaining physical fitness to life a healthy life. The project is made around the book Body-Balance which is the fundamental for (re)-creating physical fitness. Check out the section about Rehabilitation here: Gen-Fit/Rehabilitation

The book

The book is called Body-Balance and it is about Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation. It gives you basic ideas about the process of rehabilitation and examines the most fundamental way on how to go about it. The book also explains why it is important to treat your body, even though you are not injured. The main part is about exercises that ensure proper rehabilitation and preparation for injury prevention. The exercises shown in the book are separated into three sections that should clarify on what things to do when rehabilitating from an injury.
