The organization Gen-Fit is targeting physical well being. Here you can find easy obtainbable information from fixing problems and injuries to improving physical well-being.

I try to start from the bottom and build a foundation for my body and your body. If the foundation is not strong, it is not possible to build the building you desire. The same goes for your body. If you do not have a strong foundation you will not get far with your body and injuries are likely to occur. In the first project it is about treating the pain and injuries that can be very bothersome. The coming project is about building the foundation.

 

Notice that all the information that I am giving you comes from personal experience and studying. All the information I am giving to you comes from personal research in articles, internet, books, and lessons. I also worked with trainers and physical therapists that helped me understand the body way better. Most importantly, I tried everything that I publish on my own. However, every individual is unique and your body might respond differently. Therefore, it is always best to talk to a professional when it comes to aches, pain, and injuries.
